Authentic experiences
We welcome schools and groups of at least 10 people, from families to groups of travellers from Italy and abroad, for an authentic encounter with the Puglian countryside, its flavours and traditions.
Educational tours are organised by reservation: a genuine opportunity to follow the journey our products make before reaching the table, and to understand how they are grown and processed.
Franco, with his passionate knowledge, guides visitors around the Masseria’s broad vegetable plots and, with careful explanations, reveals the secrets of the vegetables, the vineyard, the orchard and the olive grove: a walk that becomes an engaging and instructive adventure.
Next comes the educational workshop with Giulia, who loves the art of making and is devoted to Puglia and its traditions. With her, guests get their hands in the dough in a cooking class dedicated to fresh pasta or other preparations agreed in advance.
Finally, a tasting of the Masseria’s homemade products.
