In the countryside of Fasano, in the heart of the Valle d’Itria, Masseria Monte nurtures a bond with the land that spans generations. A story of work, care and passion, carried forward today by the whole Ricupero family.

From an early age, Franco combined his studies with work in the fields: a school of life that taught him perseverance, practical knowledge and respect for nature’s rhythms. His example opened a path that his children chose to follow and develop.

Giulia has also worked in farming throughout her life, bringing the knowledge and dedication of someone who understands the value of every harvest. For both, this work is part of a family tradition passed down through generations.

Today, parents and children share responsibilities, ideas and everyday tasks. Inherited knowledge meets new energy, with a common wish to care for the countryside and its produce while staying true to their roots.
