It was in 2003 that the entrepreneurial challenge of the transformation of products began, which had only begun with table olives.
Thus we move from the field to the label thanks to the creation of a large laboratory. Today in the company, thanks to the availability of a large space and important equipment. Excellent food preserves are prepared using carefully crafted treasures of the earth.
Those products from that generous land that push the Ricuperos to handcraft produce preserves with great taste and only in season. Limited quantities allow for maximum attention and quality, the latter kept continuously under control. We use fresh seasonal vegetables, greens or fruits which are thus harvested and processed the same day to ensure excellence to be savored in many refined ways.
