Masseria Monte's selection of winter provisions, including dried figs and dried tomatoes, are an ode to the richness of local products. Picked at peak ripeness and carefully dried in the sun, they retain all their flavor while concentrating flavors and nutrients. Their drying process is then slowly completed in the farm's wood-fired ovens at a low temperature.
