From sowing the grain to harvesting and milling, each phase is characterized by meticulous attention. Masseria Monte stands out for the use of flours produced exclusively with wheat grown directly in their fields. Once expertly shaped, the various pasta shapes are slowly dried at low temperatures. In the Masseria store, there is the possibility of purchasing fresh pasta directly, therefore not yet dried. The artisanal approach allows us to guarantee the finished product of a pasta with an intense aroma and authentic flavour, which brings with it the taste of our land, Puglia. The company's specialties, including traditional Orecchiette and wholemeal Orecchiette, represent the embodiment of this dedication.
