Artichoke hearts grown and processed in an artisanal way according to the true Apulian tradition. Blanched in water and vinegar and preserved in extra virgin olive oil. Perfect to enjoy as side dishes or for your aperitifs, savoring all their unique flavor and crunchiness.
Store in a cool, dry place. Pasteurized product, after opening, store in the fridge at temperatures between 4° and 5°C, covered with oil and consume within 30 days.
